SIMP – SGI congress. Padua, 16th - 18th September 2025

OPENLIT project took part in the SGI (Società Geologica Italiana) – SIMP (Società Italiana di Mineralogia e Petrologia) congress in Padua, from the 16^th to the 18^th of September. The project was presented during the session #36, "Understanding provenance and processing of geomaterials in archaeological Heritage through mineralogy and petrography: from microscope and geochemistry to AI”, through the contribution "Towards a standardized GIS-based lithotheque: The OPENLIT Project and the Italian chert resources".
